Q.How long does it take for my order to come in?

A. It typically takes about a week sometimes a little longer.  The closer it gets to the Holidays the longer it takes.

Q. Can I order Boatman Geller, Pen at Hand, Print Appeal, PSA Stamps or Feridies directly online?

A. No, you must place orders for these lines through a dealer. You can view their products online but you will need to call or email me to actually place the order.

Q. I would like to order products from 2 different product lines, Can I combine orders?

A. Sure, I will place the orders separately, but you can place the orders and pay for them together.

Q. What forms of payment can I use?

A. Cash, Check, Mastercard or Visa.

Q. When do I pay for the items I ordered?

A. You can pay for the items when you order them, when they are delivered or you can call me with credit card information. You can mail me a check within 30 days of ordering. You will receive an invoice with your delivered products so you will know exactly how much you owe.

Q. How will my products be delivered?

A. Typically I deliver them myself. But, if you order Sweet Pea online they will ship it directly to you. Or, if you are in a time crunch I will have it drop shipped directly to you. This usually costs about $2.00 more but sometimes it's worth it. I will advise you if I think that is the best option.

 Q. I have friends that do not live in the Richmond area, can they order from Just Write for You?

A. Yes, they can call, email, or if it's Sweet Pea they can order directly online. Their orders will be drop shipped directly to them.
